Returns Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for apparel items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Non‑Returnable Items: Innerwear, swimwear, clearance sale items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return Process:
- Initiate a return request via support@shortcut.in.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and pickup instructions.
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of returned items.
- Partial Refunds: If items are returned in a non‑original condition (missing tags, signs of wear), partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges
- Size & Color Variations: Exchanges are permitted subject to stock availability.
- Process: Customers may request an exchange during the return initiation, and replacements will be dispatched once the returned item is received and approved.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Prepaid Returns: In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Shortcut will arrange for prepaid return shipping.
